Sinn Féin gearing up for election cycle

Published: 8 April, 2014

A 60 Mile Cycle has been organised through the hills and valleys of Omagh District this coming Sunday 13th April.

The Cycle will begin at 10am at the Sinn Féin Office on James Street, with registration from 9.30am. People can call 028 82 25 30 40 to register or just turn up on the day.

Councillor Frankie Donnelly said,

"This is a great fundraising initiative that our supporters have come up with. What better way to support the election campaign than getting healthy by cycling across the beautiful countryside of the Omagh District."

"The route is 60 miles long with an official pit stop in Trillick, however people are free to cycle as many or as little miles as they feel fit for.

"If you are interested in supporting your local candidate, getting healthy or simply enjoy cycling, we would love you to take part. Bígí Linn."
