55 Drumquin Homes set for new Double Glazing Windows - Donnelly

Published: 7 February, 2014

55 Drumquin homes will have new double glazing windows installed in the summer, Councillor Frankie Donnelly has announced following a meeting with the Housing Executive on Tuesday.

Councillor Donnelly said,

"Following a meeting with the Housing Executive, I can confirm that 55 homes in Loughrey Terrace and McCrea Park in Drumquin will have new double glazing windows installed this year with work likely to be carried out during August."

"With recently completed work on street lighting and footpaths, this is another demonstration of local investment secured. I have worked closely with local residents to progress these issues and they'll be extremely happy and relieved to know the installation of their new windows will be completed in time for next winter, helping better insulate their home and creating better fuel economy."
