Derisory St Paddy's Day Parade funding offer being challenged-Mc Mahon

Strabane Sinn Féin Councillor Brian Mc Mahon says that the derisory grant of £1,000 from Derry City and Strabane District Council towards the town's annual St Patricks Day Parade has been vigorously challenged and work is continuing with Council officials in an effort to ensure that the Parade is accorded a level of funding which gives due recognition to the fact that the annual event is, by far, the biggest and most successful event in the festival calendar of Strabane. Anger at Huge Bluebox Blackout

Sinn Féin have hit out at Satellite broadband providers, Bluebox after there was a huge outage of their service across Tyrone. McCann Calls for Emergency Meeting of Healthcare Committee

Sinn Féin west Tyrone councillor Stephen McCann has called an Emergency meeting of the Healthcare committee of Fermanagh and Omagh District council. His call comes after it emerged that the Western Trust had been underspending on disability services, for reportedly several years. Read full article
