Begley welcomes streamline planning process.

Sinn Fein councillor Sean Begley has welcomed a decision by planning service to streamline the planning process. The process will allow decisions on non-contentious planning applications for the Omagh District Council area to be issued without formally bringing them to the Planning Committee and will be under the authority of the Divisional Planning Manager. Large numbers of mourners gathered outside the Mc Hugh family home at Hillview Park from early morning. As the coffin of the veteran republican councillor emerged the National Flag and a Tyrone shirt were placed on it by Charlie's son Ruairí and life long friend and comrade Dave Cameron.
